Ocean Simulation Features:

Window Settings

Resolutions: the simulation window’s size (keep lower for better performance)
Fullscreen: select between fullscreen or windowed mode (if enabled, the selected resolution must be supported by your monitor)
Vsync: prevents screen teraing artifacs by syncrhonizing framerate with monitor’s frequency (disable for better performance)

Rendering Quality

Level of detail: the internal rendering resolution (keep lower for better performance, High for full HD)
Anisotropic filtering: sharpens texture’s details (disable for better performance)

Ocean Quality

Parallax Occlusion Mapping: simulates 3D definition on ground/rocks textured surfaces (disable for better performance)
Geometry Reflections: enable water planar reflections of surrounding ground/rocks (disable for better performance)
Atmosphere Refletions: enable water sky reflections (disable for better performance)
Dynamic Foam Aggregation: enable procedural foam generation on shores and contact points (disable for better performance)
Waves Shatter Particles: simulates waves splashing into surrounding ground/rocks (disable for better performance)
Underwater Caustics: simulates the envelope of light rays reflected/refracted by wave’s curved surface (disable for better performance)
Ambient Refraction: simulate the water’s refraction of surrounding ground/rocks (disable for better performance)

Post Processing Quality

HDR Filtering: enhance colors quality (disable for better performance)
Bloom Effect: simulates fringes of light extending from borders of bright areas (disable for better performance)
Light Scattering: simulates volumetric light shafts due to occluding objects (disable for better performance)
Lens Flare: simulates chromatic aberration artifacts due to light reflected through camera’s lens (disable for better performance)
Lens Wet: simulates refractions distortion due to camera wet lens (disable for better performance)
